I found this recipe linked to from a blog I read, and had some good luck with it. I adapted it in the way you see below. Served this with grilled cheese sandwiches on whole wheat.

I like the more chicken broth-based tortilla soups than the thick, cheesy, nacho-y kind. Good to make when someone has a cold because it’s soup and it’s spicy.
