Adapted this from a Rachael Ray recipe. It’s pretty versatile – throw in red pepper if you like, add some other spices, etc. These can be done on a George Foreman if you don’t have an outdoor grill.

This is a great grill recipe, but if you guys don’t have one in your apartment, it can easily be adapted for the oven. Just roast on 400 until it reaches the desired internal temperature (I’d say start checking it after 45 minutes if you don’t have a meat thermometer). I think this belongs to [...]
